We offer gift cards however they are only available for in-store pickup.

Can I cancel my appointment?

We ask for a 12 hour notice on all cancelled appointments.

No-show appointments & appointments cancelled in less than 12 hours will be charged 100% of the provided service.

Are we available for events?

Yes, email us any corporate, personal or partnership events, and one of our staff members will get back to your request.

How do I track my order?

You can find your tracking number in the confirmation email you received when your order was shipped.

By booking an appointment will my credit card get charged?

When you book an appointment online a credit card is required to secure your appointment. It will not charge the credit card unless you missed the appointment or did not cancel your appointment within the time frame of 12 hours.
