While we strive to get your complete satisfaction on all faderoom.com orders, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. We accept returnsTHIRTY (30) days of invoice dateas long as there’s at least 80% of the product remaining and merchandise in its original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES

DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS

Please contact us immediately at Please email customercare@faderoom.com if you receive a damaged product (broken bottle, tube or closure), or if you are missing an item in your order. We will either track your package or replace the damaged items at our expense. For exchanges, all damaged items must be sent to our office for a new unit.
